Price Summary
Easter has been priced to take advantage of both Bank Holidays, but if flights (or other travel plans) work out better for other days, we'll work out the price taking in both rates on a pro rata basis.
Euros are also accepted at the Barclays exchange rate of the day.
Between October and April we are happy to take either long lets, priced by the month, or shorter lets of three or more nights. Please get in touch for further information.
Saturday Changeover: departure by 9.30am, and arrival no sooner than 5pm.
Prices include linen, towels, electricity, gas and water.
We advertise with Holiday France Direct, therefore booking with us (from whatever source) entitles you to discounted channel crossings with Eurotunnel, Sea France and Brittany Ferries through the Holiday France Direct travel service.

Short Breaks
Outside of the high season we offer the cottages on a short stay basis. Pop down for a long weekend, or use use some holiday with a midweek break. Our only stipulation is that your stay is for a minimum of three nights.
Our one bedroom cottage (No.7) is an ideal cosy retreat for some peace and tranquility. Days can be spent walking in the outdoors or visiting attractions without the crowds, whilst evenings are by the wood burning stove with a good book.
Our two bed cottage (No.5) is great for friends, or hire both for a larger group wanting to spend a bit of time together. No.5 can accomodate all nine people round the dining table, and also has a wood burning stove for cosy evenings playing games.
We offer a fully furnished house, inclusive of utility costs, bed linen and towels, as for our summer week long stays.
Additional nights beyond a week are available on a pro rata basis.
Long Lets
Between October and April we offer the cottages on a monthly basis for long term lets.
Perhaps your sabbatical in France could include a stay with us. We are within driving distance of Montpellier and its university (approximately 50 minutes drive), whilst offering the peace and tranquility to think and write at home.
We offer a fully furnished house, inclusive of bed linen and towels. The utility bills are at your cost, as is any tax and insurance requirements. Please contact us to discuss your plans further.
